Tapestry Desert View

Desert View is a design in a series of eight designs. We’ve produced some of the designs in Morocco in a limited edition.
The exotic landscape and working with locals brought new ideas for color schemes.

A new solution on sound absorbing design

At the the Dutch Design Week 2016 in Eindhoven we launched a series of eye catching ‘acoustic tapestries’ inspired by traditional craft.
A new vision on traditional sound panels is translated into designs of geometric abstractions and suggestive architectural spaces, composed of deep colours and refined lines. This combination gives the collection a unique and timeless character, therefore the tapestries are suitable for many different interiors and spaces.

Morocco

The Tapestry project was inspired by my artist in residence in Morocco.
In Morocco I worked together with a rug company. The moroccan women taught me the technique of rug making.
Together with them we made some new tapestry design.
