Order safely

Brunklaus Amsterdam is affiliated with the web shop Label. This means that it is safe and reliable to place your order with us. We only use for the sales of our products. Therefore, remember to check the URL at the top of your screen! You are only in our web shop when you see
During check out, we use a secured Internet connection. When using a secured connection, you will see instead of the usual http:// in the address bar of your browser. The letter ‘s’ stands for secure. In addition, you will see a small lock in the address bar and the bar will be green.

Placing an order with

At you can place your order online, and it’s very easy!
Step 1 Place the item that you want to order in your shopping cart.

  • To see our products, use the menu on the top or use the search engine shown at the top right of the page.
  • Select the article of your choice and click the button: “Click and order’’.
  • Did you place all of your products in the shopping cart? Go to the shopping cart by clicking the link “complete order’’ or through the “Shopping cart’’ at the top of the screen.

Step 2 Entering your personal information

  • If you are ordering for the first time, we ask you to create an account. Do you already have an account at [BEDRIJFSNAAM]? If so, then you can log in with your user name and password. You do not have to fill in your personal information again. Next to this, you have the possibility to immediately pay without creating an account.
  • To process your order, we ask that you fill in your address information.
  • When you have a coupon code or gift certificate, you can cash it in here. Fill in the coupon or gift code and the discount will be automatically settled with the total amount.

Step 3 Choosing the shipping method

  • Choose between the available shipping methods. Orders for the Netherlands are free of charge, but outside of the Netherlands we charge shipping costs depending on the country you want to send your order to. For more information, please see shipping.

Step 4 Choosing the payment method

  • Next, choose the payment method. We accept iDeal, Credit card and PayPal. For more information, please go to payment methods.
  • Click the “Continue’’ button to complete your order.

Step 5 Overview of your order

  • Check the details of your order
  • Do you have a special request? If so, then fill it in here.
  • Check the “I agree with the terms of agreement’’ box.
  • Click the button “Place order’’ to complete your order.
  • Depending on the method of payment, you will be forwarded to the payment provider that you have selected.
  • After the payment, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Tracking your order

As all our products are hand-made upon order at, we send your order within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have sent your order.

If possible, we send your order through standard mail so that you do not have to be at home to receive it.
With bigger orders, we will send it as a package and you will receive a track and trace code. When you are not home, you will find a note from the forwarder saying either that the package has been delivered at your neighbours, you can pick it up at the nearest post office, or they will try and deliver it at a different time.
With large items, exceeding the dimensions of 100 x 50 x 50 cm (39,4 x 19,8 x 19,8 inches)we will ship with a freight forwarder.

As they do not deliver the same services as the postal deliveries you we can offer 3 possibilities.

1. There has to be home someone to receive the parcel.
2. You can give an alternative address where the order can be delivered during day time between 09.00 and 17.00 hour
3. You can send us a phone number where you can be reached by the forwarder one day before delivery.

If the order is already on its way it is not possible to cancel the order and you will have to return it.
