Nicolette Brunklaus designed Blue room, a tufted tapestry made in wool.
The blue gradient from dark to lighter blue gives a three dimensional look to the tapestry.
Even though it is a two dimensional design.
It derived from love for architecture and to form and material.
As a result of working as an artist in residence with a tufting studio in Morocco, Nicolette Brunklaus was inspired to make a series of acoustic tapestries.

Blue room is one design in a series of eight designs. We produced some of the designs in Morocco in a limited edition.
This Tapestry is handmade in The Netherlands.
Color gradient in deep Blues. Fringes in a natural white.
